Mary Katherine (MK) is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) from the University of Arkansas. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Culturally Responsive Child-Parent Relationship Therapy. MK has experience working in various practices with individuals across different age groups, offering compassionate care for those navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, and self-esteem challenges.

MK works primarily with adults, providing a safe and supportive space to explore the complexities of personal growth, emotional wellness, and healing. She takes a person-centered, holistic approach to therapy and integrates creative, hands-on activities such as visual journaling, grounding exercises, and other expressive tools when appropriate, helping clients engage deeply with their inner world.
