At Gap Relief, we specialize in comprehensive, evidence-based care that recognizes how deeply pain, stress, and trauma can impact every part of a person’s life.
Our team is highly trained in a variety of therapy models and integrates them into a holistic, wraparound approach to care. Working collaboratively, we create personalized treatment plans that meet you where you are. We support clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, and the many ways stress and trauma affect daily life. We serve individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and also specialize in supporting helpers—educators, first responders, nonprofit professionals, healthcare workers, and others who serve their communities.

Counseling
Our Gap Relief team includes Professional Counselors, Marriage/Family Therapists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers who offer trauma and attachment-informed counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and groups. Our team has training and experience utilizing several evidence-based, trauma-informed models. Our counselors draw from numerous disciplines to care for the whole individual. In addition to in-person counseling at our Northwest Arkansas office, our team also offers telehealth counseling services.
-

Intensives
Our Integrative Intensive Program brings together a collaborative team of trauma-informed therapists, coaches and other practitioners who are committed to creating an experience that meets you where you are. Expanded, uninterrupted time in this holistic environment, away from your daily stressors, enables you to stay engaged longer in experiences that provide healing for your most injured, stuck or worn down places. In addition, our team has specialized experience in offering intensives for those who work in trauma-impacted sectors or helping professions.
-

Coaching
We believe healing comes through the engagement of your heart, mind, body and spirit. Staying true to this belief, we provide a wrap care model that includes coaches who are specifically and uniquely trained to walk alongside and resource you from their different areas of expertise--including self awareness, somatic body work, adoption and foster care, and expanded experiential activities.
-

Breath and Body Work
Research shows that trauma is often held in the body. One of the most effective ways to support healing is to engage the body directly in releasing the impact of traumatic experiences. This service provides a safe, guided space for your body to complete the stress cycle and move toward resolution, regulation, and recovery.
-

Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a noninvasive treatment that measures a client’s brainwaves and provides the client with real-time feedback about how the brain is functioning. Nuerofeedback brings healing by using micro current frequencies that help shift the brain from stress to relief.
