Breath & Body Work
Breath and Body Work are therapeutic techniques that build awareness of bodily sensations to process and release physical and emotional pain. Often used for chronic pain and trauma, they help individuals move past stored stress by calming the body and accessing its natural responses.

Somatic Experiencing is a body-based approach that works directly with your nervous system. Rather than focusing solely on talking through experiences, this method creates space for your body to complete natural stress response cycles that may have been interrupted or left unfinished.
During sessions, we track sensations, movements, and responses in your body as they arise—particularly when touching on stories or memories that carry stress or activation. By following your nervous system’s innate wisdom, we allow it to move through and release held tension at its own pace. This gentle, body-led process helps restore a sense of safety and regulation without requiring you to retell or relive difficult experiences in detail.
-
Brainspotting is a noninvasive treatment that locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in their brain. This create new neural pathways to help process difficult emotions and experiences.
In addition to accessing trauma in the brain, brainspotting helps build upon and expand internal resources in order to create clarity, help make decisions or breakthrough stuck places in work or creativity.

Yoga therapy is a holistic approach to healing that utilizes the principles and practices of yoga to address the mind, body, heart and spirit. It involves adapting traditional yoga practices with an emphasis on mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement, recognizing and respecting the unique needs and sensitivities of each individual on their healing journey.
