Our self awareness coaching uses the Enneagram as a powerful framework for understanding the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and interact with the world. By revealing your core motivations and blind spots, the Enneagram becomes a practical guide for building self-awareness, improving relationships, and fostering meaningful personal growth.
Gap Relief offers self awareness coaching for individuals, couples, groups, and businesses, allowing them to more fully understand themselves and each other, creating healthier relationships and stronger outcomes.
Self awareness coaching can range from one session to half day trainings. Reach out for more information or to schedule a coaching session!

Adoption is one of life’s most complex journeys — sometimes beautiful, sometimes filled with grief, sometimes a profound blessing, and sometimes marked by unexpected hardships. It can be all of these things at once, and often is. But through every twist of this layered experience, one thing remains constant: adoptive families and all those touched by adoption need support.
Adoption coaching seeks to offer that support to every person represented in the adoption constellation — adoptees, adoptive parents, foster and pre-adoptive parents, birth mothers, birth fathers, birth siblings, grandparents and extended birth family, and the adult adoptee navigating their story later in life. No matter where someone stands in the constellation, their experience is valid and their need for guidance is real.
For all of these individuals and families, adoption coaching provides a space to navigate their unique realities with tools and resources tailored to their specific needs. Rather than one-size-fits-all advice, coaching meets people where they are — offering practical “life hacks” shaped by the realities of adoption, actionable steps that move families and individuals toward resolving painful issues, and hands-on strategies for managing the complex emotions and situations that adoption can bring. This approach helps strengthen relationships, build understanding across the constellation, and make tangible progress through even the most difficult chapters of the adoption journey. -
Pastoral and ministry leadership is one of the most rewarding — and one of the most quietly exhausting — callings a person can answer. Those who lead faith communities carry an enormous weight: the pressure to have the right answers, to hold space for others’ pain while managing their own, to navigate church politics and conflict, and to meet the expectations of their congregation, their denomination, and themselves. Burnout, isolation, and a distorted sense of self-worth are not uncommon in this terrain, and many leaders find themselves stuck, discouraged, or wounded by the very communities they have poured themselves into.
Ministry coaching meets leaders right there — in the hard, honest middle of that experience. Our coaches come from pastoral backgrounds themselves, bringing not just professional tools but lived understanding of what it means to lead a congregation, navigate unhealthy church systems, and keep going when the road gets complicated. From that foundation, coaching helps leaders release the grip of self-imposed expectations, develop a healthier sense of identity, and gain clarity in areas where they feel stuck. Whether processing the wounds of a difficult ministry environment, discerning next steps in their calling, or growing in resilience and effectiveness, ministry coaching offers a steady and experienced presence to walk alongside them.
