Aubrey Dosa | MS, LPC
Counselor
Aubrey is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Science in Counseling. She has spent years coming alongside children, teens, young adults, and their families across both school-based and clinical settings. Her training includes Child-Centered Play Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, the Nurtured Heart Approach, and Play Therapy with Trauma and Abuse.
Aubrey has experience working with people impacted by childhood trauma, adoption, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, attachment wounds, sibling dynamics, and nurturing parent-child relationships.
At the heart of Aubrey’s work is a belief in dynamic, integrative therapy. She blends play, relationship, and authenticity to create pathways towards healing and wholeness. In the therapy room, her presence is warm, patient, and attuned to her client’s needs. She leans into her clients’ strengths, nurturing confidence and emotional regulation along the way.
When supporting children, Aubrey invites parents and caregivers into the process, viewing their involvement as a key component to lasting change. She offers guidance, encouragement, and practical tools for families to incorporate beyond the play therapy room. With adolescents and teens, Aubrey uses a person-centered approach paired with expressive and creative interventions—art, crafts, sand tray, journaling, and therapeutic games—to foster openness, connection, self-acceptance, and self- expression.
