NEED TO KNOW:

• Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive by 7am. You may anticipate a short line at the entry gates.

• Security Gate Entry: Tell the security guards you are there for the Gap Relief charity golf tournament and they will let you in. You'll then follow the signs to the Country Club

• Where to Park & Go When You Arrive: Park in the normal spots, and go around to the back of the building for registration. You do not need to enter through the front doors

• Registration & Warm Up is 7am-7:50am: 2 tables will be set up for you to confirm your arrival, purchase your mulligans ($100 per 4 person team with 4 mulligans per team, 1 for each player) and putting contest entry ($100 per 4 person team. Everyone will get one try at the practice putting green. This will start when tournament play begins and continue until lunch.)

• Optional Breakfast 7am - 7:50am: Pastries, coffee, & juice will be provided. (Thank you TYSON Foods for sponsoring our breakfast!)

• Announcements & Rules 7:50am - 8:00am: Short welcome & announcements, then Kyle at Shadow Valley will communicate the rules and scorekeeping details.

• Tournament Play 8am-1pm: Everyone will be assigned a starting hole and will play 18 holes.

• Meeting/Working Room Accommodation: Shadow Valley allowed us to reserve their meeting room at no cost for anyone who needs a table or needs to take meetings. WIFI is available and everyone is welcome to work in that space if they'd like to or need to.

• Lunch Prizes, & Networking 1pm-2pm: We will have boxed lunches, distribute prizes during lunch, and networking. If you're unable to stay for lunch, you are free to take your boxed lunch with you.

• Dress Code: Shadow Valley requires participants to wear collared shirts and appropriate bottoms. T-shirts & denim are not permitted.  This is a "spikeless" facility and all players must wear appropriate soft spike shoes or sneakers.  If a golfer is not appropriately attired, he or she will not be allowed to play on the course.
