Heather Davidson
Breathe & Body Specialist
Research continues to demonstrate the profound impact that pain, stress, and trauma have on the nervous system and overall health. As our understanding of these connections grows, so does the need for body-based, nervous system-informed approaches to healing.
Heather's background, experience, and passion uniquely position her to meet this need. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas and spent years in the wellness industry leading cardio, barre, and Pilates classes. Her own wellness journey sparked a deep appreciation for human physiology, embodiment, and the transformative power of breathwork, inspiring her to help others reconnect with their bodies and build greater resilience.
Today, Heather is a somatic coach who helps people return to themselves by learning to listen to the body's innate wisdom. She works with those navigating stress, unresolved patterns, trauma, or disconnection, supporting them in building a trusting relationship with their bodies as active partners in the healing process, rather than an obstacle to overcome. Her sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in somatic practices that regulate the nervous system, deepen body awareness, and create lasting, embodied change. Heather believes healing isn't about fixing yourself; it's about reconnecting with the wisdom that has been within you all along.
